The capital of Andhra Pradesh will be completely existed in Guntur district. Tullur mandal is 5 kms to Krishna River, 20 Kms distance to Amaravathy. Tullur is 25 Kms far away to Vijayawada and 33 Kms to Guntur. The proposed capital is 20 Kms to the Kolkatta and Chennai National High way. Tullur is come under Tadikonda Assembly Segment. AP Government has formally decided to construct capital in Tullur Mandal. AP Government has identified lands of 14 villages in Tullur Mandal are suitable to the capital. In its first phase, Government procures the land through land pooling of around 30K acres of land. They divided the land into 5 zones and plan to set up Government offices in each zone. Chief Minister CBN has discussed with the committee on given farmer package. District Collector and concerned MLAs are responsible to convince the farmers for the package. Government should give 1000 Square yards to the farmer per 1 acre land in pooling. Government will cancel registration, stamp duty and water cess to the living area. After the development Government expected 20K per square yard which is useful to the farmers. It would also pay 25K per acre for 10 years to the farmers as Compensation. This compensation will increase 5% per year to them.
