The rumours seem to be true now.  For the past few days, there are widespread rumours in media that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has purchased a piece of land in the upcoming capital of the state and is planning to build a house for him there. The Chief Minister himself confirmed that he is building a new house in Tullur, Guntur which will house the AP capital going further. Chandrababu is currently residing in his house in Jubilee Hills Road No.65. The house is not spacious enough to accomodate accommodate Chandrababu's guests and party work. The existing house is being demolished and new house will be built in that place from December. Since the leader has to represent TDP in both the Telugu States, Chandrababu is also planning to own one house in AP too. Chandrababu family will very soon vacate the house and move in to Lake View Guest House or farm house in Madinaguda, Serlingampally. Even though Chandrababu has got a new house in Andhra Pradesh, it is unlikely that his family will stay there as all of them are busy in their businesses centered in Hyderabad. Chandrababu will use the house for his personal stay and as well as official and party works when in AP.
