Now after the AP Assembly sessions have started off and being the first day, the house has paid homage to the Tirupati MLA, M Venkataramana who died just few days back. After that the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was given the first chance to talk as per the house rules. The rule of the house is, after the ruling party chief talks it is the turn of the opposition leader,YS Jaganmohan Reddy to talk. But, the Speaker of Andhra Pradesh, have not given that chance and few YSRCP MLAs marked it an insult. YS Jagan then stood up and spoke that the Speaker is acting against the rules of the house which is a shame to all.  He also told that there is no need of insulting him in the house by not giving the chance to talk immediately after the Chief Minister did. He also told that one of his MLA's informed the Secretary that he would talk next.  However, the Speaker replied to him that he was watching everyone in the house and even Jagan, but he did not make any gesture for a chance to talk, so he thought that Jagan was not interested to talk and so moved on. He also told that Secretary did not pass on the information.  So, what do you think? Was really Jagan insulted?
