Yes! The Special CBI court fired the YSRCP Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy for not attending in person to the Court even if he is available in Hyderabad. The court has turned down all requests of Jagan not attending the court sessions.
Whenever the Court informs him to attend, he would specify one or the other reason to skip attending the case proceedings. Today the bench was fed up with all the reasons Jagan gave even if he was available in Hyderabad.
The Court is taking the charge-sheet of Indu Housing Scam and so made is compulsory all the accused to be present during the proceedings. Knowing about the issue, Jagan hurried to the Court leaving the Assembly sessions.
