Yes! The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu turns tricky and really strict on the basis of administration and the performance of the IAS officials. He is now focusing on the performance of IAS officers in various departments. It is learnt that a important notice is sent to all the respective departments that they should be giving a overview of their performance throughout the month. This report must be submitted by 5th of every month. These reports given by the officers will be sent  to the respective departmental Ministers and next to Chief Minister's office and the Chief Secretary. This report mainly comprises f the summary, performance percentage, targets reached, main goal etc. Now, the officials are all set to submit their first report on January 5th. So, be alert folks! What do you think about his move of Chandrababu? Is this to tighten any kind of corruption activities? Or is this to know the improvement of the district status every month?
