High Court was relieved IAS officer Ratna Prabha in Jagan’s disproportion of Assets case. She made an appeal to High Court to exonerate from CBI charges in Jagan case. High Court gave clean chit to Ratna Prabha in this year. Central Investigating Agency CBI is now approached Supreme Court in this regard. Apex Court filed Special Leave Petition (SLP) against IAS Officer Ratna Prabha. CBI challenged High Court verdict on giving clean chit to Ratna Prabha in Supreme Court. CBI argued that High Court didn’t consider Ratna Prabha role in assigning lands to Indu Tech. CBI mentioned Ratna Prabha as A-7 in its 9th charge sheet in disproportion of assets case. Ratna Prabha served as Chief Secretary of I&T at the time of YSR era. CBI alleged that she took unanimous decision invited private companies even though APIIC agreed to develop the SEZ. Shyam Prasad Reddy of Indu Projects got 250 acres of land with Ratna Prabha’s decision. In getting to that benefit, Shyam Prasad Reddy invested 70 crores in Jagan companies. CBI mentioned this allegation in its charge-sheet. No one predicts CBI’s plan of action after Ratna Prabha was relieved from Jagan’s case. It seems that CBI has concentrating more in this case.
