Well, the World-class badminton player who was involved in a few controversies firing on the committees and peer players,Gutta Jwala now has taken on the Telangana Selection committee for ignoring all the star players.
She has expressed her grief about the selection committee and reminds them that she is still alive. She fired on her micro-blogging site, Twitter about her opinion on the selection of candidates for the National Games representing Telangana.
Jwala tweeted " "Ok..just heard..a WB player is in team TELANGANA for NATIONAL GAMES but me player from hyderbad dont figure anywhere in the list..wonder why. Whats the eligibility criteria no information dont know whos selecting the team..the games starts in ten days and i hear WB PLAYER IN TEAM"
She went on firing, "Absolutely absurd @KonaTarun who is x national champion and from Telangana doesn't figure anywhere @sikkireddy who was supposed to be..Second best after Ashwini and me doesnt figure anywhere..i dont figure anywhere then who is actually playing in these national games??? And why no questions r bein raised.a WB GIRL.can represent TELANGANA but we all players who r still ALIVE.r not even considered..brilliant."
So, what do you think? is her anger genuine or another controversy is on her way? However, the selection committee did not respond to her comments and questions.
