The grapevine these days is that all is not well between TDP and BJP in Andhra Pradesh, which is attributed to TDP’s domination and BJP’s efforts to emerge independently. There were also same stories regarding alliance talks between both parties before elections.
The prevalent opinion is that the YSRCP boss Jagan Reddy is planning to capitalize on any split and it is natural. But when it comes to Jagan’s desperation to get things right, pro-Jagan media in web, electronic and print media are planting atleast two to three stories per day.
This is to give an impression that the alliance may fall anytime. Silently, BJP leaders are ruing that no matter what Jagan’s followers want to convey, the Chanakyas, Chandrababu Naidu and Venkaiah Naidu are here to ensure things go smoothly.
At the moment, the alliance will hold strong and if any changes are to happen that would take place only when the 2019 elections are approaching. More than concentrating on breaking the alliance, some are suggesting Jagan and his media should focus on addressing people related issues in Seemandhra and that will get them a lot of mileage.
