Contrary to speculations that AP CM Chandrababu hosted power star Pawan Kalyan, the Janasena chief at his home for upping the ante against NDA government, a leading national daily reported an interesting angle.
According to the news report, Chandrababu’s outburst the previous day at Modi and Centre reached Delhi including reports that Chandrababu was in touch with other NDA allies Shiv Sena and Akali Dal to pull the plug on NDA.
Although there is no threat to BJP as it enjoys clear majority, upset that losing existing allies will boost opposition at the national level, Modi reportedly sent Pawan to convince Chandrababu that doors are not closed and Modi is ready for discussion.
Naidu reportedly reciprocated the gesture and informed Pawan that he should also be going to Delhi to meet Modi and if possible, he would also accompany him to press for Andhra Pradesh’s development!
