In an ultimate action causing uncertainty, BJP MP Gokaraju Ganga Raju's family members reportedly gave approval to the land pooling policy but also submitted objections to the complete procedure.

Ganga Raju's family possesses large areas of agricultural land along the river Krishna in the proposed capital city. Sources told a representative of the MP met the officials of the Capital Region Development Authority at Tadepalli late on Saturday night and submitted over form 9.2 (objection) and form 9.3 (consent) for 68 acres of land in Undavalli village.

This will have an influence on the building of the state BJP office on the riverbank. The BJP had scheduled to build its state office on a piece of land given by Ganga Raju. Nevertheless, they will currently have to wait till the CRDA takes an ultimate call on the approval and objection forms registered by the MP's family.

Meantime, some TDP leaders, such as former ZP chairman and TDP leader Paturi Nagabhushanam, who possesses land in Tadepalli mandal, did not give either approval or objection forms.
