Well, the Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to be deeply vexed because of the Land Regularization Scheme which shattered all his income plans. The Telangana State government has set a target of Rs 1000 crores to get benefited from the Regularization process but finally landed on Rs 160 crores.

However, the last day of applications was February 28th and the number of applications received till the were just 22567 applications. The dominant application were from Ranga Reddy Districts as well from Hyderabad.

However, the government is now making a plan for all the others who have not dropped their application for the purpose. Out of those 22567 applications, only 951 were from Hyderabad. Many analysts quoted the reason was the too much rates for regularization that is not at all appropriate.

However, the government even announced that this amount can be paid in installment basis but none came forward to do so. So, don't you think KCR's income plans got shattered? Will KCR go ahead and decrease the rates?
