This seems to be the shocking hurdle to the TRS government which planned to get a majority of MLAs and MLCs in support of it. The Hyderabad High Court had bombed the TRS government saying that the MLAs and MLCs that are elected from other parties and joined TRS, the ruling party, by violating the anti-defection law.
As the Speaker of the house of a TRS member, there is no problem of suspension till now. However, the solution for defection complaints is not done in time and even the speaker is waiting for everything to settle in TRS favour. However, the High Court has accepted the defection petitions on Tuesday.
The High Court finally issued notice to Telangana Speaker, Council Chairman, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Teegala Krishna Reddy, Dharma Reddy, Yadava Reddy, Amos, Bhanu Prasad, Jagadeeswar Reddy and Bhupal Reddy. So, High Court bombs KCR's plan of defection and halts his strategy!
