When TRS chief KCR after becoming Chief Minister of Telagnana proudly claimed that he is more than Hitler and would love to be grand father of Hitler. His supporters hailed him and but right after that when he got into his Hitler acts like demolishing illegal constructions and apartments of the commoners and banning media, many experienced shivers.
He didnot even spare celebrities but after some show Govt officials went silent with the passage of time. In the height of Telangnana moment, KCR made friends with media and used media to good effect, highlighting the need for separate statehood and finally emerging victorious by bending Union govt and getting Telangna.
However KCR who treated media as super gods during Telangana movement, in the self rule is treating them as tissue papers.He showed his power by banning two channels and now showing stars to journalists.
Journalists got rude shock when police informed them that restrictions on media are on the orders of CM peshi. Recently in Nalgonda and now in Yadagiri Gutta media faced KCR's music when T CM ignored them as tissue papers and before they could forget that the same scene repeated in Adilabad. Police searched them citing security reasons and went overboard. They stopped media in the national high way. Police allowed only 80 journalists after stringent scrutiny and serious argument.Later they changed their stance and allowed only 30 journalists for KCR program in Adilabad. Seems KCR is flying high enjoying his Honeymoon period and can play with media but if he underestimates power of media which played crucial role during Telagnana movement and disregard as tissue papers, he will be doing it at his own peril.
