Well, the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to framing a lot of ravishing plans to loot money from people. One of them is that KCR has given permission to the Stamps and Registration departments to impose area-specific registration charges on the lands.

This will be effective from August 2015. Shockingly, in areas like Manikonda, Hitec City, Nanakramguda, Tellapur and so on, the registration charges have been hiked for more than 150%. Even other few posh areas are among the hiked charges.

However, depending on the area and its standard the registration charges are being imposed, so if it is not such a posh area then the charges will be lower. It seems these blasting rates will be come into practice from August but the Telangana State government is fearing about people's bounce back on the hike and may be any latency in implementation of the charges

With this hike, KCR is planning to get extra RS 500 crores revenue to the state! Looks like KCR is exploring possibilities of the increase in revenue of the state! What do you say?
