The results of MLC elections for Hyderabad-Rangareddy-Mahabubnagar graduates consistuency is being seen as huge setback for TRS, something even TRS leaders are admitting off the record.
Sources say that TRS is still yet to recover from this shock given by the electorate comprising of educated graduates from Seemandhra and South Telangana, who are being taken for a ride with KCR’s directionless policies.
At the same time, TDP’s rebel MLA and currently TRS minister from Sanathnagar, Talasani Srinivas Yadav is a worried lot with TRS facing an anti-establishment vote that too this early, within one year of forming government. He risks losing North Indian and Seemandhra vote during bye elections.
With the court reprimanding TRS government over delay in holding GHMC elections and Talasani facing bye election fears, sources say that the mood in TRS camp is tense as of now.
