Leader of the opposition, Jagan Mohan Reddy turned furious when speaker suspended YSRCP MLAs from the Andhra Pradesh assembly. He atonce vowed not to return to the assembly unless until ruling TDP and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu takes up no confidence motion against speaker and calls him and his party for discussion.
Many political analysts and people felt that assembly will witness stormy sessions after verywell knowing the ways of Jagan Mohan reddy. However Jagan Mohan Reddy received shock as he got it wrong unaware of the technicalities in introducing the no confidence motion against the speaker.
Jagan was about to face privilege motion against him by the ruling TDP and Jagan who cleverly seen through the design of the TDP atonce came down and ended the matter with simply sorry to the speaker. He not only shocked all by saying sorry but also made all his MLAs to apologise to the speaker.
Jagan manynot be knowing the technicalities in the functioning of assembly but he is quite adept at taking political steps which stun opponents and catch them off guard. Jagan once again proved to Chandra Babu that they can underestimate him only at their own peril.
