The current welfare yaathra which the son of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Lokesh is now carrying out is going ahead with much fanfare from the cadre even as there have been some analysis which has now started from all corners, evaluating his performance which can be a plus or minus.
The failure of Naidu government
Sources say that the going is not that easy for Lokesh which is now alarming TDP. The failure of Naidu government in effectively implementing loan waivers and DWACRA loan waiver has now come to the fore with farmers and women obstructing his convoy which is now making the leadership worried.
Lokesh TDP cadre feels
This is again happening in the CM’s home district of Kuppam which has won wide media attention, particularly with reports that Lokesh has expressed his anger against them , saying they are like dogs who are coming in between the convoy. Such comments were not expected from Lokesh, even TDP cadre feels.
Now TDP may rely more on their friendly media organizations to suppress such news coming out while at the same time, such things cannot also be suppressed beyond an extent. Although it may be projected as fully successful, its high time that TDP realizes its mistakes.
