Ex-MLA of Gadwal and senior congress leader, Present Gadwal MLA D.k Aruna’s husband D.K.Bharat Simha Reddy has got a slap from High Court. Coming to the news couple of year’s back Bharat Simha Reddy has taken one hector land for lease from Congress government at Mahabubnagar District for Mining. D.K.Bharat Simha Reddy has taken this lease in the name of his daughter Snigdha Reddy during Congress Government ruling where he has taken permission from government for do mining in one hector, but he opposed the government orders and did illegal mining in nearly 20 hectors.
Krishna Mohan Reddy has appealed the High court
Earlier Bharat Simha Reddy’s nephew Krishna Mohan Reddy has appealed the court against Bharat Simha Reddy’s illegal mining where the local court ordered the state government mining department to collect Rs 33crores from Bharat Simha Reddy for doing illegal mining. But Bharat Simha Reddy appealed High court by challenging local court orders. High court disciplined the stay on quarries related to Bharat Simha Reddy and also ordered to seize the equipment which was used for mining in those quarries.

Today, the High Court has given final verdict on the case, the court followed the pervious court judgement and ordered D.k Aruna’s husband D.k Bharat Simha Reddy to pay fine of 33 crores. High court seriously instructed Telangana State government, if the Telangana State government mining department is unable to collect money from D.k Bharat Simha Reddy, the high court will collect the money directly from him. This is going to be big blow to DK Aruna’s family.
