The alleged fake encounter involving 20 labourers from Tamil Nadu in Chittoor district of AP refuses to die down. Instead now the case is be coming more complicated with scene shifting to AP high court in Hyderabad, which is also witnessing Tamil media in droves waiting outside for bytes here after.

Sources say that the case is now heading in a complicated direction with the Madras high court also ordering a re-postmortem of some of the deceased under tight protection while adding that AP should bear the cost of this exercise, which is expected to be making senior officials worrisome.
