Now, he has got the rare honor of addressing Trainee IAS Officers at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Administrative Academy in Mussoorie.
It seems when the Academy asked all the IAS officers to put forth a name of a CM who will be addressing them, most of the 2014 batch selected CM Chandrababu. Don't you think that surprising?
