Yesterday, Eeswaran gave Second master plan to build AP’s new capital Amaravathy. AP Government has planned to lend Puja on June 06th for the capital and will laid foundation stone on auspicious day Vijayadasami this year. So far, Vizag has many software companies in the state. For the first time, new software company has a plan to start in capital region.
Pi Data Centre Private Limited in Mangalagiri
AP Government has granted 10 acres of the land to Pi Data Centre Private Limited in Mangalagiri. AP Government granted this land for 33 years lease to this company. Pi Data would pay 1 crore per annum to APIIC. Pi Data operations would start in Mangalagiri with an expenditure of 600 crores.
300 youth would get direct employment and 2000 people would get employment indirectly. Construction works will commence within a month and operations are likely to commence in April’16. It will be the South India’s first tier-4 certified data centre.
