Troubles for Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu are not ending. Even as Telangana government headed by KCR is unrelated in its approach to fix Babu in cash for votes scam with the audio tapes which it got after the arrest of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, many Telanganites are filing complaints against him. 


LB.Nagar Police registered criminal case against CM Chandrababu Naidu


Now according to the latest LB.Nagar Police registered criminal case against CM Chandrababu Naidu after receiving directions from Ranga Reddy court. Petitioner M.Phanindra Bhargav an advocate alleged that Chandrababu Naidu along with his cabinet minister Achhan Naidu, Palle Raghunath, Uma Maheshwar Rao and Ravela Kishore Babu made provocative statements.


He alleged with their statements they insulted Governor Narasimhan and Telangana CM KCR. He alleged Chandrababu threatened KCR with dire consequences if police dare arrest him. Court directed cops to register case against Chandrababu.


Police on directions registered case under sections 124-A (sedition), 141 (unlawful assembly), 146 (rioting), 153-A (promoting enmity between different groups), 181(false statement on oath or affirmation to public servant or person authorised to administer an oath or affirmation), 504(intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (intimidation) and 120-B (conspiracy) of IPC and Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.
