The Governor of both AP & TS, ESL Narsimhan has been facing flak for not bridging the gap or rather say the unbridled rivalry between Chandrababu Naidu, the CM of AP and KCR, Telangana CM. Now sources say that he is planning something different this time in Bollarum, Secunderabad.
For last one year, Narsimhan tired on numerous occasions to ensure there is some kind of patch up and compromise between two, but he has failed time and again except for one occasion which involved both of them welcoming President Pranab Mukherjee at Begumpet Airport in 2014.
Rashtrapathi Bhavan, now the Governor is planning
Now with all the complaints also reaching Rashtrapathi Bhavan, now the Governor is planning for a meeting today involving both of them at President’s southern sojourn in Bollarum. Pranab arrived yesterday for a 10-day visit and rest at Rastrapathi Nilayam in Hyderabad. Despite political affiliations, President of India is respected cutting across party lines.
Moreover
as a veteran congress leader, Pranab has friends in all parties and also
knows Babu and KCR closely. Hence, Pranab is expected to meet both of
them for a completely closed door meeting today and
the
Governor is expecting him to give an earful. Both CM’s have reportedly
confirmed their presence for the banquet ceremony today.
