The tension regarding Revanth Reddy's bail is now complete. The Telugu Desam Party MLA who is behind the bars for 29 days in Cash for vote case, finally was granted a conditional bail from the Hyderabad high court. The judge Raja Elango did not agree with Telangana Attorney General's arguments to deny the bail.

All the three accused - Revanth Reddy, Sebastian and Rudra Uday Simha were granted bail to submit 5 Lakhs surety. Sebastian and Uday Simha have to appear before investigating agency daily and sign. On the other side, Revanth Reddy is not allowed to leave his Kondangal constituency.

This condition will mean that Revanth Reddy should keep away from Hyderabad as the complainant, nominated MLA Stephenson and the Forensic Lab is in Hyderabad. He was asked to submit his passport to the court. All the accused were asked to come to ACB investigation whenever they are asked to.

They are also instructed not to make any attempt to tamper with evidences. Revanth's lawyers will submit the judgement order to ACB Special court and then obtain release order. That  should be submitted to Cherlapally jail authorities to get Revanth released. He is likely to get released by the end of the day.
