Telangana CM KCR who is already facing severe flak for his 5crs luxury bus, on his visit to Husnabad turned furious and fired a farmer much to the shock of all. This once again provided opportunity to his detractors. While KCR was addressing a rally at Husnabad,Karinmagar and promised people to turn Husnabad fertile by brining water from Mid Maneru to Kaleswaram Ettipotala project,Musku Mahipal Reddy, a farmer from Ogulapur questioned saying government scrapped Totapalli reservoir and how can it get water to Husnabad.

KCR turned furious and blasted him asking not to shout like a mad person. He questioned whether he knows more than me. He asked if Totapally reservoir is constructed will he get water to Husnabad. He angrily questioned how dare he interrupts his speech and added he should have some sense to listen.
When police tried to send Mahipal Reddy,KCR stopped him asking Mahipal Reddy to be present in the meeting. Police after the meeting took Mahipal reddy into their custody. Mahipal Reddy's friends and other farmers said government already allocated 2.56 crs to Totapally project but the contract was cancelled due to delay in work. Many are under the impression that Govt stopped the project completely and Mahipal Reddy planned to give a requisition letter to CM KCR but with KCR turning furious at the mere mention of Totapally,he fell in a dilemma and at the sametime, police took him along with them.
