Naidu may be seen only now as a form of fantasy, but if this indeed
becomes a reality then the capital of AP may become unrivalled in many
forms. Sources say that Naidu has devised
a plan wherein even without spending anything, capital construction
would start.
Of
the 35000 acres pooled for capital construction, around 5000 acres may
have to be earmarked separately. Japan and Singapore would be chipping
in for building the new capital near Amaravathi. In return, Singapore is
reportedly seeking 2000 acres while Japan expects another 3000 acres.

This may prove controversial but when YSR could
give 4000 acres to Gali Janardhan
Reddy for airport in Kadapa and hand over 17000 acres to Vanpic in
Prakasam district, then this move is nothing. Moreover the
governments of foreign countries would be involved in this venture.
With all the ambitious plans now on a blue print, once the capital construction kicks off in October, then it may not take much time for the first phase to be completed. If Chandrababu is indeed successful, then one need not even wait for the Centre because it is an already an open secret over how co-operative is Modi government!
