Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu was discussed three hours with officials on first day stampede in Godavari Pushkarams in Secretariat. CBN took the incident serious and seek to take disciplinary actions on officials who failed in rendering their responsibilities on Godavari Pushkarams. Babu got angry on Chairman of Pushkar Organization Committee Parakala Prabhakar, EG Collector, SP and IG for their failure.
Even though AP Government organized Godavari Pushkarams well but first day incident remains as black spot. CBN feels that AP Government lost status at National level. As per buzz, CBN would sack Parakala for his failure as Chairman of Pushkar Organization Committee. Parakala went along with CBN to Japan by ignoring his responsibilities. CBN team back to India just 4 days before Godavari Pushkarams.
Reportedly, Parakala gave assurance to Chief Minister on making success of Godavari Pushkarams. Babu trusted Parakala and not paid attention on Pushkarams. Even ministers also limited to Hyderabad without doing any supervision on Godavari Pushkarams. Parakala was nominated as Media Advisor with Cabinet rank. CBN try to influence Union Minister Nirmala Sitaraman by considering Parakala into his team. It is the million dollar question does CBN really sacked Parakala at this time.
