Services Providers unwillingly submitted call to Vijayawada sessions court with the order of High Court. But no one knows whose phones were tapped. AP Government has decided to speed up enquiry on Phone Tapping and Call data. Even though High Court put stay on Call data, AP Government forced the Union Government to take necessary action on Telangana Government.
AP has letters of four IAS & IPS officers who ordered the service providers to tap the phoned of TDP leaders in two states. As per buzz, AP has evidence of letters of two Senior IAS and Two IPS officers who asked to tap the phones of Chief Minister CBN, Nara Lokesh, Party office incharge TD Janardhan, MPs Garikapati Rammohan Rao and CM Ramesh. CBN ordered Two Union Ministers to Xerox copies of letters to Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
AP SIT (Special Investigating Team) which formed to do enquiry on Phone Tapping is in preparation of report to submit to Union Government. AP intends to bring the issue of tapping of Phone of Chief Minister done by another. Reportedly, Telangana Government didn’t take any permission from Union Government before tapping. August Month will be crucial for Telangana Government.
