Generally if any opposition party give bandh call on any burning problem, other opposition parties support them and this has been the set practice in politics. Opposition parties put up a joint face to corner the ruling party.

However YSRCP and Congress in Andhra Pradesh are shocking all with their bandh politics. Both are fighting against ruling TDP government headed by Chandrababu Naidu.

AP Congress couple of days back gave bandh call on special staus to the state. All parties supported it but shockingly Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP did not support it.

Now YSRCP observed bandh on the same issue and this time Congress did not support it. Both parties did not ask for each other's support but the leaders say they will never support them under any circumstances.

Rahul Gandhi during his Anantapur visit attacked TDP

Rahul Gandhi during his Anantapur visit attacked TDP and YSRCP and this did not go well with the YSRCP. YSRCP feels Congress is slowly gaining at its expense and stayed away from supporting it.

Similarly Congress did not take Jagan criticising Rahul Gandhi in his Delhi protest. Analysts say under these circumstances it is difficult to fight together.
