10 days after Pavan Kalyan visit to Penumaka and 5 days after Jagan dharna opposite at CRDA office in Vijayawada, Undavalli farmers send positive message to Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA). Supreme Court quashed the petition against CRDA today in its judgment. Apex Court said that Capital matter related to state government and reminded to the petitioner that one petition already dismissed in this regard.

It is reliable known that farmers in Undavalli send positive signals to CRDA for 800 to 900 acres of land pooling to the capital. As per the reports, still 1100 acres left in pending for land pooling among three villages. Reportedly, Chief Minister Chandra Babu sent his team of ministers for amicable solution.

It is strange that Villagers put deaf ear on Jagan’s promise on giving back all lands to them after YSRCP came into the power. YSRCP jumped into the agitation after Pavan’s visit completed to Penumaka. It seems that YSRCP wooed the farmers for not giving their lands to the Capital after Pavan’s visit. But Chandra Babu played clever move by withdrawing land acquisition notice and get farmers’ approval for land pooling. He wants to clear all decks before the foundation stone laid on Dusserra.
