Andhra Pradesh assembly is witnessing heated arguments between the ruling TDP party and opposition YSRCP. Right after the resumption of assembly session after 10 minute stoppage, assembly discussed price rise.Even as YSRCP MLAs along with leader of the opposition started raising price rise issue and highlighting the problems faced by the common people, Minister Achchennaidu shocked all by commenting that YSRCP should change its name and should be named as Psycho Party.

This angered YSRCP MLAs who rushed to the speaker podium and started protesting against Achchennaidu.They demanded apology from Achchennaidu.Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao once again adjourned the assembly for another 10 minutes.
Earlier the house was adjourned 10 minutes after the start as YSRCP stalled the proceedings with Speaker rejecting its motion to discuss price rise and proceed directly to question hour.
