Special Status issue is sparking war of words between ruling TDP party and opposition party. Andhra Pradesh assembly couple of days back passed unanimous resolution demanding special status from Union Government.

Even after the government passed resolution demanding special status, opposition parties are criticising the content of the resolution. CPI leader Chandra Sekhar speaking to scribes lashed out at the way the special status resolution was passed in the assembly.

Chandrababu Naidu's government resembled

He said the resolution adopted by Chandrababu Naidu's government resembled as if the state was begging from the central government rather than claiming its right.

He suggested usage of strong words in the framing of the resolution. He asked the government to take all party delegation to Delhi to demand for special status. He asked CM Chandrababu to constitute water commission to give water to Rayalaseema through Patti Seema.
