TRS party played on the sentiments of people of Telangana during Telangana movement and gained tremendous following. Many during that time hailed TRS chief KCR as savior of Telangana and opposition parties used to display some restraint so as not to hurt the feelings of Telangana people.
However
now opposition parties are angry that TRS party even after the formation of
Telangana is following the same sentiment policy to crush opponents. Many feel
TRS is of the opinion that sentiment willbe always there and they can cash in
to that to their advantage.
MLA Rasamayi Balakishan's comments angered usually

Telangana assembly TRS MLA Rasamayi Balakishan's comments angered usually soft
Congress leader Jana Reddy. Balakishan criticised opposition saying they are
showing step mother attitude towards Telangana.
On
hearing this Jana Reddy turned furious and added Telangana was formed as
Congress turned caring mother and bifurcated the state with so much pain. He
said ruling TRS party led by KCR is behaving like a witchcraft and sorcerer.
This shocked TRS leaders and Balakishan at once withdrew his comments.
