War of words are going on between ruling TDP-BJP coalition in Andhra Pradesh and in the centre and YSRCP party whose leader Jagan Mohan Reddy is doing diksha demanding special status to the state.

Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu speaking to scribes said special status is not Zinda Tilismat and one shouldn't be under the impression that special status is the solution to all the problems.
He added in India around 11 states have special status and even then they come to centre and demand for more funds and other assistance. He questioned the logic behind Congress forming Telangana state after 1000 people committed suicide in Telangana.
He said there is no connection between special status and other issues and differentiated between IIITs, AIIMs, New Zone, IISR,Current problems.
