Sources have stated that Technology giant Apple is presently working on plans to facilitate integration of Cisco's Spark business collaboration service with iPhones and in an effort to give the enterprise customers a better calling experience over Internet.
Meanwhile the Apple chief Tim Cook has said the company is making iOS devices to work better on Cisco technologies than any other mobile platform and within iOS 10, they are making it easier to make and receive voice and video calls over IP and presently Cisco Spark will integrate with iPhone for first class calling experience.
Previously Cisco had forged a strategic partnership with Apple and under which it has optimized its network for iOS devices and apps, integrating iPhones with its solutions and making collaboration capabilities on iPhones and iPads.
Cook further has added that Apple has been working closely with Cisco teams to help create a seamless experience of Cisco software and network on iOS gadgets and the iOS integration with Spark will give users access to contacts, 'recent', and favorites and the users will also be able to answer calls directly from the lock screen.
