Ingredients:

  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 gm  ginger chopped
  • 2 garlic flakes chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • 125gm cabbage chopped
  • 2 cups whole green gram sprouts
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp water


Method:

  • Mix salt, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir till sugar is dissolved.
  • Heat oil in deep fry pan on medium high heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Add ginger and garlic. Stir for a few seconds.
  • Add carrots. Stir fry for about 1 minute. Add onions.
  • Stir fry till onions are transparent. Add cabbage, Sprouts and green chilli.
  • Stir fry for about 2 minutes, pouring water around the sides of the pan.
  • Add lemon juice mixture. Stir a few seconds.
  • Serve hot.
