Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Onion chopped finely
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 Capsicum chopped finely
  • 1 tbsn Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsn oil.

Method:
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry some onions and capsicum for 1 min.
  • Add in red chilli powder and garam masala powder...
  • Add in the tomato puree and cook till oil separates..
  • Now pour in water and let it come to a boil...
  • Crack eggs,straight in to the gravy.
  • Cover the pan and let it simmer for 2 min.
  • Using a spoon just scramble the eggs and let it boil for 3 min.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..
