Ingredients: 

  • Egg – 3
  • Maida – 1 cup
  • Baking Powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil – ½ cup
  • Carrot – 1
  • Coriander – 1 cup
  • Green chilli – 8
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Curry leaves
  • Haldi – ¼ tsp
  • Jeera – ¼ tsp
  • Laban/Buttermilk – ¼ cup
  • Sugar – ½ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Lemon Juice – 1 small lemon


Method:

  • Keep ready :Grind 5-6 green chilies and ginger together and set aside.
  • Grated Carrot & coriander cleaned and finely cut.
  • Tadka of Jeera and 2 piece chilies and curry leaves made and kept aside
  • Sieve maida and baking powder.
  • Beat eggs till they are Fluffy. Then slowly add in the oil while beating.
  • Also add in haldi, salt and sugar while beating till they completely mix.
  • Now add maida little at a time while mixing with a spatula.
  • Add carrot , coriander, laban/buttermilk, lemon juice, and the tadka.
  • Transfer the mix into a greased and powdered bread tray.
  • Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
