Ingredients for Indo-Chinese Pan Roasted Chicken Recipe

  • Chicken on bones, cut into pieces 750 grams

  • Yogurt 2 tablespoons

  • Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste 1 tablespoon

  • schezwan sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for deep-frying

Method

Step 1

Take chicken in a bowl. Add yogurt, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, schezwan sauce, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt, mix and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place marinated chicken pieces and shallow-fry from all sides for 1-2 minutes. Cover and cook on medium heat till chicken is golden and fully done.

Step 3

Serve hot with onion rings.
