He is tech-savvy and worked like CEO of the company but not like a Chief Minister of the state. These are the allegations on CBN after seeing his 9 years governance. Congress used this as negative propaganda towards Chandra Babu Naidu. Congress has successfully exploited him that CBN gave importance to Computers rather than Agriculture. CBN never changed his approach in utilizing I&T for his rule even after 10 years to come to the power.
Earlier, CBN used to conduct Teleconferences with the officials, district collectors and ministers regularly on various issues. After taking the charge for second time as Chief Minister, CBN is utilizing Video Conference for his meetings with the officials and collectors. Reportedly, he has a plan to utilize “FACE TIME” application in Video Conference.
So far, this facility is available in “I” phone. AP Government has planned to provide “I” phone to all department heads, secretaries and collectors. Everyone will participate in Video Conference once we downloaded the “Face Time” application. In general, Government is released Press Note in the name of Chief Minister if the issue is brief. CM will go Press Conference if he wants to elaborate to the people. AP Government is also wanted to upload CM Press Conference in You Tube for the people.
