Golconda Fort is the pride of Hyderabad. However on Sep 17th, to celebrate the occasion of Telangana's accession to India, opposition political parties waged war to seize Golconda Fort as Telangana CM KCR did not announce official celebrations of the monumental event.
BJP led by Kishan Reddy, Dattaterya, Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Indrasena Reddy marched ahead defying Govt orders to hoist national flag on Government Fort. However police stopped them at Langer House.
BJP supporters shouted slogans 'Sardar Patel Jindabad', 'Bharat Mataki Jai'. In the mele police pushed them but with Indrasena Reddy inspiring their cadre, they marched with renewed vigor.
Police finally arrested Kishan Reddy but Ramakrishna and Srinivas Reddy managed to enter Golconda Fort. While Police tried to arrest them, two youth Rahul and Babul climbed the top of the Golconda Fort and filed Tricolor.
