Yes, he finally decided to give a shock to his MLA's and started to implement his masterplan to hunt for the capable MLA's who can fit in his expanded cabinet really soon. He seems to have started taking opinions from seniors and also planning to mock out MLA's who have not done justice to their given posts.
The main reason behind this is also the opposition parties that are bringing pressure on the government about their inability to solve problems. They feel that this is because many portfolios are given to a same minster. So, to stop this controversies, KCR finally gave a call to his MLA about the expansion.
Due to many critical problems in the state, the opposition are being on a strong stand against the government about Power crisis, water management, farmer loan waivers etc. So, before actually getting bombed in the Assembly session, KCR thought of expanding his battalion!
So, whom will KCR choose is the main question! Will he choose the people with real skill or people whom he has good terms? Will he be able to satisfy his MLA's by giving them the cabinet ministries? Or will there be any outward burst? Wait until these questions will be known really soon!
