Ultraviolette Automotive today unveiled the F77 electric motorcycle in India. The new Ultraviolette F77, which is inspired by aviation and aerospace engineering, will be rolled out in bangalore first. While the online registrations for the F77 started today, the deliveries are estimated to begin in the third quarter of 2020.

The Ultraviolette F77 will be available in three variants Lightning, Shadow and Laser and priced between Rs 3 lakh (on-road) and Rs 3.25 lakh (on-road).vPowering the new F77 will be a 25 kW motor, which delivers 33.5 hp and 90 Nm of torque. The electric motorcycle can make 0-60 kmph in 2.9 seconds and 0-100 kmph in 7.5 seconds. The claimed maximum speed is 147 kmph. The rider can choose between three modes Eco, sports and Insane.



The Ultraviolette F77 will come with three modular 4.2 kWh Lithium-ion battery packs. The total range for the three battery packs is 130-150 km in the city. The batteries can be charged up to 80 per cent in three hours and 100 per cent in five hours through a standard charger. Using a fast charger, the batteries can be juiced up to 80 per cent in 50 minutes and 100 per cent in 90 minutes.
