Lamborghini India will launch an all-new Special Edition model on September 22nd 2016. The Italian Car designer has christened the Special Edition as 'Avio'. The reason behind the name is, the designers took the inspiration from the Aeronautic and Aviation industry.
Only 250 Lamborghini Avio Special Edition supercars are available worldwide. However they never revealed the cost of this special edition. However the cost is expected to be huge. The Avio Special Edition will adorn a unique fighter jet plane livery.
This will be Lamborghini's tribute model to its Air Force. Customers can also opt for Lamborghini's Ad Personam program for their Avio Special Edition. This Special edition is a 5.2-litre V10 naturally aspirated petrol engine.
This engine will produce 610bhp, along with 560Nm of torque, and is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The Avio will be capable of attaining a top speed of 325km/h.
