According to sources Tata Motors began accepting bookings for the upcoming Harrier SUV yesterday, and the company has announced a refundable booking amount of Rs 30,000 for the car. According to a few dealers we spoke to, the market launch and price announcement for the Harrier are likely to take place in early January, with deliveries expected to commence in the second-half of the same month.
The Tata Harrier is a Creta rivalling, five seat SUV that will come with a 2.0 liter diesel engine and two gearbox options a 6-speed manual and a 6 speed automatic.
A first image of the production spec Harrier had surfaced on the internet recently, giving us a proper glimpse of the SUV’s exterior styling. Tata’s Impact Design 2.0 theme will make its debut on the Harrier and will be seen later on the upcoming 45x hatchback too, which is slated for launch in the latter-half of 2019.
