Skin is a sensitive part in Human body. We have always discussed about good things for the skin. But we bring you some of the reasons which may sabotage your skin.


1. Allergic reactions


Most of us face this problem. We have irritation in our skin. The best way to avoid is to change Bed sheets and Pillow covers at least a week. Wash them in a hot water and also change blankets and duvets. Most of us never do it and that is the major cause for skin allergic reactions.


2. Late Night sleep


Once in a blue moon, sleeping at late night is fine. But if this is a regular issue, you will become sleep deprived. This leads to a blood flow, thanks to an increase in cortisol, showing up in the form of dark under-eye circles. One needs to get eight hours of sleep. This will help in growth of skin cells.


3. Bad Food diet


We say it again and again. Bad food is going to spoil your health. Spicy food and Chinese food are going to puff up the eyes. Most probably try to eat Oil-less and Deep fried food after late evening. Mostly prefer Fresh salads and Vegetables.
