Green Tea and Aloe Skin Toner
This three ingredient toner is so easy to make. It promises to tighten pores, remove toxins, reduce redness and moisturize. Simply blend water, green tea, and aloe vera for a gentle astringent action. Those with extra oily skin can add some witch hazel if they wish.
Vitamin C intake in the form of juices like orange juice/mausambi juice or even a cup of water in the morning with 1 tsp squeezed lime or lemon and half a teaspoon of honey is a great way to start your day. Moong Dal Face Pack for Dry Skin
If you have dry, flaky skin, you may use this face pack to make it soft and supple. All you have to do is soak a little green gram in some raw milk overnight. The next morning, grind the soaked dal to form a paste and apply it on your face for 15 minutes. Rinse it off and dab your face with a soft towel. This face pack is very gentle, but if you have a sensitive skin, you may want to consult your dermatologist before using anything on your face.
Cleanse your skin
Cleanse your face with a mixture of 1 tsp rose petal powder and enough water to cool and freshen your face. To make a rose petal face mask, powder dried rose buds in your blender or coffee grinder then mix this powder with raw honey and apply it to your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes for clean and bright skin.
Vitamin E, Yoghurt, Honey and Lemon Juice for skin whitening
For this you need 2 teaspoons vitamin E oil2 tablespoons yogurt1 teaspoon lemon juice Rosewater Cotton pad.
Take 2-3 vitamin E capsules and prick them to extract the liquid. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Wipe your face clean using the rose water and cotton pad. Slather the face mask over your face and neck and let it dry. Wash with cold water.
