Kingfisher Formula Race:
Kingfisher beer occupied 50% market in alcoholic
beverages and stood in 2nd place in world liquor trade which is a
special brand of United Spirits when Vijay Malya Chaired the company. In 2012,
Lion of beverages in the world; DIAGEO has purchased major share of United
Spirits. Malya is being removed from the chairman seat as he has only very less
share in U.B now by 2015. As compensation; Malya received 75 million American
dollars but Indian court blocked this sum from receiving.
This is only due to the over speed, inexperience, company of inefficient people and wrong directions which is to be seen and learnt by every Indian business man.
Due to the inefficient running of Kingfisher Airlines company started in 2005; lead to cumulative loss of the company’s reputation. By 2013, the Airlines landed in debts. Even the employees hardly got salary for 15 months. As the permits of running the company is cancelled, November 2015 became the last working month of Kingfisher Airlines. A huge sum of 9000 crores is to be paid towards Banks which issued loans. Taxes imposed by Government, debt clearance problems from other finance companies are yet to be cleared.
With the fall of King Fisher; Vijay Malya has to move out of the country secretly as willful defaulter according to law. Money landing, theft, cheat are few words which are being used to point out Malya now.
As per the consortium of banks; Supreme Court ordered to block the passport of Malya in 2016 March. As this is an expected thing, Malya sneaked out of the country.
Hyderabad court issued non-bailable warrant with an intension to arrest Malya on March 13th . but it is known that Malya is out if the county, in his farm house in London ‘Lady Wallk’.
Malya in Politics:
Malya is earlier member of Akhila Bharatha Janathadal; in the leadership of Subramanya Swamy, joined Janathadal in 2003 as served as national working president.
With the support of Congress party and secular Janathadal, from his home state Karnataka; Malya was elected as member of Rajya Sabha in 2002. In 2010; with the support of BJP and Secular Janatha Dal; he was re elected to Rajya Sabha in 2010. Still he is the member of Rajya Sabha. He received many awards and rewards in national and international levels
Malya With Sword Of Tippu Sultan:
In collecting valuable items of Indians; which are being carried out to foreign, MAlya has good taste. He collected Tippu Sultan’s sword in an auction in London for GBP 175000/- such a way he bought another 30 items to the country. Same way he collected Mahatma Gandhi’s used things spending 1.8 billion American dollars and brought back to India.
