Bajaj introduces the very inviting Cocktail Red Wine Colour in the Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS, which the V15 models and the Avenger Cruise 220 already received. The new colour scheme comes in addition to the already existing “Midnight Black” and “Plasma Blue” schemes.

The Cocktail Red Wine Colour is probably the “in-thing”, as Bajaj looks forward to paint most of their models in that colour. While the Cocktail Red Wine Colour is prominent, the paint scheme comes combined with black. The Red too has a blackish tinge, unlike the brighter red of the past models. The Cocktail Red Wine Colour looks more aggressive and attractive than the other paint schemes. The front fender and the headlamp cowl look shiny and attractive in Red, while the side cowls and tailpiece are more black than red.

This change is a “colour scheme only” addition, with no changes in any of the usual specifications of the Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS. The engine is the same with the 134.66cc air-cooled, 4-stroke, DTS-I, 4-valve single cylinder engine that produces 13.56 PS at 9000 rpm and 11.4 Nm of torque at 7500 rpm. Suspension too remains the same with the front telescopic fork with the rear 5-way adjustable, Nitrox coil spring shocks.

The front disc brake is 240 mm, while the rear disc brake is a 135 mm drum. The Bajaj Pulsar 135LS, with LS meaning Light Sports, has a Ground Clearance of 165 mm, with a wheelbase of 1325 mm against a length of 1995 mm, with a kerb weight of 121 kilograms, considered good enough for a 135 cc engine.

The Cocktail Red Wine Colour is a fresh boost to the consistently performing affordable entry-level Pulsar 150 cc and 135 cc motorcycles. Priced at Rs. 58,002 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the new Cocktail Red Wine paint scheme of the Bajaj Pulsar 135LS will be made available across the whole of India pretty soon.
