Nizam heirs set to move court if denied a share in £35 million 

Family feud is cropping among the last descendants of the Nizam of Hyderabad. A heir has warned of moving court if denied a share in £35 million.

   The last descendants of Titular Nizam of hyderabad is seriously thinking of moving court if he is denied of a share in 35 million pounds lying in UK bank belonging to the last Nizam. Nawab Najaf ali Khan who is son of Nawab Hashim jah, fifth son of the Nizam told that, grandsons of Nizam, Mukarram jah and Mukaffam jah tries to do any thing, and cut-off the rest of heirs, will be challenged in court.

    The UK recently favoured the verdict to heirs of the Nizam and government of India, as per reports, both grandsons are alive and settled in foreign countries. Although the court has given orders to divide the money equally among the two and GoI, but other legal heirs are demanding equal share.

    The Nizam left huge amount of fortune to their heirs, most of his heirs have lost their shares due to luxurious lifestyles. Some of them survives on money that comes from various trust.

   Mukarram jah is currently living in turkey after losing huge amount of money in divorce settlements, while younger grandson Mukaffam jah is in London doing reasonably well.
